Via inputs and outputs of the hilock 5500 or expansion modules, the hilock 5000 ZK access control system can be individually adapted to the specific requirements of various objects. The hilock 5500 evaluation and control unit serves as a switching device for combinations between EMA and ZK systems. A remote switching device in accordance with VdS guidelines can be implemented by using the 410 hl 5000 add-on board via the com2BUS interface. The hilock 5000 ZK access control system incorporates the typical TELENOT reader behavior. By holding the transponder forward for a long time (longer than 3 seconds), a connected intrusion detector control panel is activated. With a short hold (shorter than 3 s), the intrusion alarm control panel is disarmed and access is released via the hilock 5500 evaluation and control unit. Arming/disarming as well as access control can be carried out with the same keypad code or transponder. The authorization assignment is carried out exclusively with the compasZ 5500 management software. Thanks to the implemented MIFARE DESFire 128-bit AES protocol, the encryption of the transponder data corresponds to the current state of the art.
