Telenot Wireless Intrusion Alarm Panel Complex 216H
Item Specifics
Hybrid Raid and Burglar Alarm Panel complex 216H VdS-Class: A VdS-No.: G 100713 The signals between the intrusion control panel and the radio components are transmitted by radio waves. The special feature of radio is the unrestricted propagation of radio waves through walls and across property boundaries, etc. However, this initially useful feature can be disruptive if several radio subscribers use the same radio frequencies in close proximity. Since these states can change constantly, a procedure is necessary that automatically switches from occupied to unoccupied radio channels if necessary without messages being lost. One such method is the automatic frequency management system mcts® from TELENOT (mcts = multi-channel-transceiver-system). For the DSS 7700, the ISM frequency band (433.05 to 434.79 MHz) is divided into 23 radio channels according to an irregular, TELENOT’s own channel grid. The mcts system automatically selects two undisturbed channels for data transmission. If one channel is influenced by other radio activities during operation, it is automatically switched to the other, undisturbed, channel. Each radio component contains a UTC module (UTC = UHF transceiver). All radio components are thus able to send and receive messages. These transceiver modules operate with very low transmission power. In addition, the transmission of messages in a blurred state is prevented. Only when arming or disarming and, of course, in the event of an alarm do the radio components send their information to the control panel. All radio components periodically switch to receive mode for a few milliseconds and can thus receive control signals from the control panel. The installation of a transmission device in the control center is planned. The free menu-guided programming using the PR 7000 programming device or the PC programming software “compas” enables fast and user-friendly parameterization of all system components directly via the control panel. Features of the mcts radio transmission system:
- Automatic frequency management system
- System-specific channel grid of 23 channels
- Field Strengthu. Blocking indicator to control channel quality
- Third-party radio display and message
- Statistical Channel Evaluation
- Permanent two-channel operation on the best channels
- Fast switching to replacement channels
- Factory coding of all system components
- Over 1,000,000 encodings per component type
- Automatic teach-in of the system components
- Continuous self-test of the system components
- Change code of security-relevant data traffic
- Monitoring of wire-connected components
- Redundant power supply of all important system components
- Optical and acoustic arming feedback on the control panel
- System statuses can be queried on the control panels
The complex 216H robbery and intrusion alarm control panel is a hybrid control panel. It combines the advantages of a conventional wired control panel with a radio control panel. For the radio part, the proven DSS 7700 wireless alarm system in mcts® technology was used.
