Kaiser Concrete Recessed Housing HaloX® (In-situ Concrete)
For processing in in-situ concrete, the dimensionally stable HaloX® system has a modular design. Three housing diameters with a large number of round, square and universal front parts enable the integration of luminaires and loudspeakers up to an installation diameter of 250 mm – even with exposed concrete. With tunnel, the system offers sufficient space for holding control gear, e.g. LED drivers. Optional extension rings are used to increase the installation depth. All front parts are moisture-repellent and can be precisely positioned and nailed on before the first reinforcement is laid. The housing and front parts are locked together in a force-fit and stable manner and can also be freely aligned at a later date. Thanks to the tool-free opening technology with combination insertion M20/M25, pipes can be inserted quickly and easily and even in the event of incorrect occupancy, the insertion can be easily closed again. It offers safe pipe retention with depth stop, so that there is no need to shorten the pipes on the inside afterwards. After casting, front parts with a defined installation diameter can be opened by a targeted hammer blow. The front parts for universal opening dimensions can be filled over or over the surface. The desired installation opening is then created with conventional milling tools, e.g. MULTI 4000.
