The FireRay 100 RV is a
photoelectric smoke detector that operates in
RETRO mode. Transmitter,
receiver and evaluation electronics are
housed in one housing. The
linear smoke detector is attached to a
movable base plate and
is aligned with 2 knurled screws on its
reflectors
mounted opposite. It detects smoke over
a distance of 50 m to 100 m. If smoke enters
the infrared light beam and
thus dampens it in
a characteristic way, a contact for
fire alarm is triggered at
the evaluation unit. There are
1 alarm relay and 1 interference relay available on
the detector. The control unit is connected to the loop
via
the input-output module. It is also possible to connect the
control unit to a limit value line
. For installation on
inclined mounting surfaces, we
recommend the UH 1 universal holder.
