The Digital Door Handle Offline/Online Radio CDM enables electronic access control of an indoor access point. In the U2 design, the second 90° bend offers protection against “threading” of people or materials. The rear offset supports the heel of the hand when opening the door. The U2 design is preferably used in public buildings. If a conventional door handle in an existing property is exchanged for an electronic door handle, the round rosette covers the DIN holes and the mounting holes can usually be reused. The digital door handle can be used in both the CDM offline system and the CDM online radio system.
