The FGW 210 wireless gateway is a
component of the DSS2 wireless
security system. In the case of an
unfavourable location of the
intrusion alarm control panel complex
200H/400H, better radio ranges of the DSS2
components can be achieved by means of a
remote radio gateway instead
of an FGW 210
installed in the EMZ. For this purpose, the remote FGW 210 can
be installed
up to 1000 m
away from the intrusion alarm panel
at the optimal radio location. The FGW 210 wireless gateway in the
tamper-monitored housing is connected to the
intrusion detector control panel via
the com2BUS.
