VdS-Nr. G 221005 The SKM-03.2 B linear heat detector is an integrated heat detector that detects temperature exceedances over the entire length of the associated sensor cable. The cable length of the sensor cable can be up to 300 m. The detector is integrated into the Loop 4000 with a potential-free relay contact for alarm and fault via an input/output module. The system can be configured quickly and economically on site using DIP switches. Thanks to the compact size of the detector and sensor cable, underground car parks, conveyor belts or cable trays, for example, can be monitored without any problems. The system is designed for use in harsh environmental conditions, while still ensuring a high level of security against false alarms.
